La redistribuci\u00f3 contempla la reunificaci\u00f3 de diversos espais dividits inicialment per mampares.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta resol per una banda, la necessitat <strong>d\u2019actualitzar els espais amb una nova imatge m\u00e9s renovada de les oficines<\/strong>, on tan els treballadors com la gent que la visita pugui gaudir d\u2019uns espais renovats adequats a la imatge corporativa, i per altra banda,<strong> donar soluci\u00f3 a les necessitats funcionals de l\u2019equip comercial i de m\u00e0rqueting<\/strong> tant per la falta d\u2019espai en la distribuci\u00f3 existent com les necessitats de treball adequades en quant confort en el lloc de treball.<\/p>\n<p>La nova distribuci\u00f3 de la planta consta de el seg\u00fcents \u00e0rees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un <strong>espai central obert de coworking<\/strong> per potenciar noves formes de treball en equip i la comunicaci\u00f3 entre el departament comercial i m\u00e0rqueting.<\/li>\n<li>A una banda del cos central obert hi trobarem:Una petita <strong>saleta per a reunions<\/strong> de 3-4 persones, separada de la resta mitjan\u00e7ant una mampara doble de vidre per\u00f2 visualment integrada en tot l\u2019espai per donar-li profunditat.<\/li>\n<li>Un espai especial per a <strong>telem\u00e0rqueting<\/strong> comunicat visualment amb la resta per\u00f2 envoltat d\u2019elements fono absorbents. Aquesta soluci\u00f3 est\u00e0 pensada per ajudar a que aquestes persones realitzin els seu treball sense molestar-se i a la vegada no molestar a la resta de companys mentre parlen per tel\u00e8fon.<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019altra banda conservem <strong>dos espais mes tancats per a direcci\u00f3 i direcci\u00f3 financera<\/strong>, realitzant un re-styling per unificar els acabats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u2019aquesta manera, s\u2019ha contemplat la redistribuci\u00f3 de l\u2019espai com a m\u00e8tode per a millorar la qualitat de treball de les persones i com a canvi d\u2019imatge a l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Per a portar a terme aquests treballs, s\u2019ha hagut d\u2019enderrocar les mampares i el fals sostre, s\u2019ha pavimentat tota la \u00e0rea intervinguda mitjan\u00e7ant un paviment vin\u00edlic d\u2019alta resist\u00e8ncia i qualitats t\u00e8cniques i higi\u00e8niques. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha canviat la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 de les sales i s\u2019ha instal\u00b7lat un nou mobiliari funcional, modern, m\u00e9s resistent i en molts casos, personalitzat. S\u2019han actualitzat les instal\u00b7lacions el\u00e8ctriques i de veu i dades,\u00a0 amb una intervenci\u00f3 especial realitzada en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la pr\u00f2pia empresa per poder treballar sense cablejat i amb wiffi personalitzat en la zona comercial amb la configuraci\u00f3 del sistema Aerohive.<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant la combinaci\u00f3 de colors corporatius s\u2019han instal\u00b7lat panells fono absorbents a la zona de telemarketing, per a evitar reverberacions i aconseguir un millor condicionament ac\u00fastic.
