No solo porque con nuestras actuaciones tenemos que mantener la esencia de un edificio tan antiguo, sino porque tambi\u00e9n, este tipo de estructura dificulta un mantenimiento \u00f3ptimo del espacio.<\/p>\n<p>Pese a los esfuerzos de la Escuela <em>Lle\u00f3 XIII<\/em> para llevar a cabo una buena conservaci\u00f3n del edificio Torre, el paso del tiempo y la ausencia de un programa de mantenimiento preventivo espec\u00edfico provoca un deterioro de la cubierta, los balcones y las terrazas, afectando a la estructura met\u00e1lica y provocando fisuras que permiten la entrada de agua.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, redactamos el proyecto para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n cubierta y los elementos volados de la escuela infantil y primaria.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de EFEB\u00c9 se hace cargo de <strong>reparar los elementos estructurados afectados y aislar e impermeabilizar la cubierta<\/strong> para evitar entradas de agua en el interior del centro. A la hora de reparar las grietas de la glorieta se colocan unos moldes en las barandillas de hormig\u00f3n prefabricado y se restauran las terrazas, recuperando y reproduciendo los elementos originales.<\/p>\n<p>Para este proyecto, utilizamos materiales de f\u00e1cil mantenimiento que, no solo ayudan a preservar la esencia de un edificio de principios de siglo, sino que tambi\u00e9n garantizan una mayor seguridad a todas las personas que forman parte de la escuela.<\/p>\n<p>Colaboradores: Jaume Ratera (Arquitecto redactor).
